The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s not an easy app to figure out at first, but once things are set up right and you’ve got the hang of it, it’s a great service that makes my life a little easier.įor the start of my Airbnb business I wasn’t using Turno and it was frustrating to keep up with everything. They really have the corner on the market. I’m excited that they were solvable problems and I don’t have to dump the app, because there’s nothing else like it out there that’s any good (believe me, I looked!). Frank wasn’t available, but Maddie helped me, and between her and Frank, they solved all my issues with the app. Once I finished the steps to fix that problem I went back to figure out the second half of the issue. Surprisingly, I got an actual human being (Frank) fairly quickly who showed me how to solve to first part of my problem. After struggling with these issues for a couple weeks and never finding the solution, I finally contacted the customer support team for the app. I was having A LOT of problems with it duplicating cleaning projects for my Airbnb and creating projects that had nothing to do with my bookings. Turnoverbnb is a great concept and I’m glad I found it, but it’s not the most user friendly app until you get used to it.
